I went to sensory with Megan this week, and I relaxed and really enjoyed it We went to the library this week and I helped pick some books for the centre and we read some stories

I went to the supermarket with Megan to get the centre shopping I went to the beach it was a cold morning but also nice to get out in the fresh air, we walked along the board walk

Delivering meals on wheels to terry today very happy customer. Getting pampered today foot spas and hair ups.I just look so gorgeous.
Centre fun and bus trip

Smorgasbord lunch
I smashed out one of my goals this week, to have a smorgasbord lunch I ate so much food that we were all really tired and felt like having a sleep
